Privacy Policy

Tropiciel Wrażeń · Version 1.0 · Effective from: 1 September 2026

This is a translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.

1. Data controller

The controllers of your personal data are, jointly, Oskar Bujak and Alicja Bartkowska, trading as eye4fun, address: ul. Aluzyjna 33, 03‑149 Warsaw, Poland, e‑mail: shop@eye4fun.pl. No Data Protection Officer has been appointed.

Joint controllership (Art. 26 GDPR). The controllers jointly determine the purposes and means of processing in the App and are jointly responsible for its security. The essence of the arrangement: a single point of contact for all data matters is shop@eye4fun.pl, and you may exercise your rights against either controller — whichever one you approach, your request will be actioned.

2. What data we process

What we do not do: we run no usage analytics and no crash reporting, we do not profile you, we do not sell data, and we make no automated decisions producing legal effects concerning you. We do not process special categories of data (“sensitive data”) within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR — we do not record which tasks you performed; the task history exists solely to avoid repeating cards and contains no task content.

The App is intended for adults; we do not direct it at children and do not knowingly collect data of persons under 18.

3. Other players’ names

By entering the names of game participants, you provide us with other people’s data. While you are signed in, those names are sent to our server together with the room. Please use first names, nicknames or initials, do not enter surnames or other data you do not need, and let participants know that their names will be saved. You can delete a room at any time — we then delete it from the cloud as well.

4. Purposes and legal bases

5. Recipients of data

We use providers that process data on our behalf or as separate controllers:

Data may also be disclosed to authorised public authorities where required by law.

6. Advertising

The App currently displays no advertising and collects no advertising identifiers. We plan to introduce advertising for users without paid access. Before that happens we will update this Policy, name the advertising provider and the scope of data collected, and we will enable personalised advertising only after obtaining your explicit consent, which you will be able to withdraw at any time. Users with an active Subscription will not see advertising.

7. Transfers outside the EEA

Our providers (Google, Stripe) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA. This takes place on the basis of mechanisms provided for in the GDPR — Standard Contractual Clauses and, for certified entities, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The App’s database is located in the europe‑central2 (Warsaw) region.

8. Retention periods

9. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data and obtain a copy, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdrawal of consent. You can delete your account and data yourself in the App (Account screen → “Delete account”) — instructions and full scope: account deletion. To exercise the other rights, write to shop@eye4fun.pl. We respond without undue delay and no later than within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00‑193 Warsaw, Poland (uodo.gov.pl).

10. Local storage and cookies

The App uses no cookies for marketing or tracking purposes. It does use local browser or device storage, to the extent necessary for it to work:

Clearing your browser data removes this information and signs you out of the App.

11. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: encryption in transit (HTTPS), access rules limiting reads and writes to the data owner, and server-side payment handling with no application access to card data. No security method, however, offers a complete guarantee.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. We will announce material changes in the App and, where required, ask you to accept them again.
